Arms Cyber is proud to welcome Rick Congdon as a Strategic Advisor, bringing decades of experience in scaling high-growth technology organizations and driving customer success in cybersecurity.
A veteran tech executive, Rick has held leadership roles at Palo Alto Networks, EMC, and NetApp, where he built and led high-performance teams while delivering cutting-edge security solutions. As President of North America Sales and President of Global Sales at Palo Alto Networks, he spearheaded the growth of a multi-billion-dollar organization, ensuring market leadership, customer satisfaction, and sustained innovation.
Now, as an advisor to Arms Cyber, Rick will leverage his expertise in go-to-market strategy, enterprise security, and business transformation to help expand the company’s impact in ransomware prevention.
“I’m joining Arms Cyber as a Strategic Advisor to help tackle one of the biggest challenges companies face today—ransomware. After seeing a demo, it was clear that this approach is different. Most solutions focus on reacting to attacks, but Arms Cyber shifts the balance, helping businesses stay ahead of threats before they cause disruption. Arms Cyber is built to give companies the resilience they need to stay operational and secure.”
Rick’s insights and leadership will be instrumental as Arms Cyber continues to redefine ransomware defense with proactive, prevention-first solutions, including Automated Moving Target Defense (AMTD), Zero Trust Data Access (ZTDA), and Stealth Recovery Vault.
We’re excited to have Rick on board and look forward to the impact he will make in helping organizations build resilience against ransomware threats.
